GESIX Expands Operations to 5 New States

GESIX announces the expansion of its spatial engineering operations across five new states — Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Odisha, and Telangana — marking a significant step in the company's mission to deliver precision survey and digital twin services across India's most infrastructure-intensive regions.

Expanding Where India is Building

The expansion is directly aligned with major public infrastructure investment cycles. Rajasthan and Gujarat are seeing significant investment in the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC), with highway widening, greenfield expressways, and large logistics park development. Maharashtra's coastal road projects and metro network expansions create strong demand for precision LiDAR survey and digital twin services. Odisha and Telangana are benefiting from accelerated national highway development under the PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan.

New Capabilities Added

The expansion comes alongside significant capability investments. GESIX has commissioned two additional FARO Focus Premium LiDAR scanners, expanded its UAV fleet with a DJI Matrice 300 RTK with L1 LiDAR payload, and established a dedicated AI Road Asset Management processing team based in Hyderabad. A new regional delivery hub has been established in Pune to serve Maharashtra and western India.

Leadership Statement

“India's infrastructure investment cycle is at its most significant in a generation. GESIX is positioning itself to serve the spatial data needs of this buildout — from greenfield expressways to heritage corridor preservation. This expansion is not just geographic; it reflects our deepening technical capability and our commitment to delivering engineering-grade spatial intelligence across the country.”

Project Pipeline

GESIX has secured initial project mandates in three of the five new states, with survey commencement scheduled for Q1 2025. The company is currently onboarding additional survey engineers across its expanded operational geography. Projects in the pipeline include a 180 km national highway LiDAR corridor survey in Rajasthan, a municipal road asset inventory covering 3,200 km in Pune, and heritage documentation of three ASI-protected monuments in Odisha.
